The direct pigments in these products may stain hands. We recommend using gloves when applying the product.

If your client wants to speed up the removal, a professional bleaching service will be needed. You will need to apply a bleach* wash using room temperature bleach + water + shampoo at 1:1:1 ratio, checking the process visually. A strand test is always recommended.

*Although all bleaching powders will work, for best results we recommend using The Century of Light Progress, as it contains Hair Protective Booster making it ideal for protecting the hair from structural damage.

IN-SALON:
Before applying, we recommend a strand test. When you’re ready for action, apply to shampooed, towel-dried or dry hair, ensuring complete saturation. The quantity of product needed varies depending on hair length, porosity and the desired result. Results will vary depending on starting level, hair porosity and processing time.
Process for up to 20 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly.
We recommend introducing clients to their new favorite color in-salon, and maintained with applications at home.

AT-HOME:
Same as in-salon use. If you only want to maintain a color, you can leave the product on for a shorter processing time (5-8 minutes).

What are the main differences between ALCHEMIC conditioners and ALCHEMIC CREATIVE CONDITIONERS?
ALCHEMIC CREATIVE CONDITIONERS are formulated with intense pigments that can deposit a creative reflect on previously lightened hair or naturally blonde from level 8 and above: if the hair is darker, the deposit is not visible . The colors are playful and creative for a temporary change.
ALCHEMIC conditioners are formulated to perform on natural or cosmetically colored hair on every
level , according to the reflect that the client or the stylist wants to enhance or counteract. These can revive natural color, preserve the intensity of the cosmetic color or to counteract unwanted reflects, even on grey or salt and pepper or platinum blonde hair.

Is ALCHEMIC CREATIVE CONDITIONER for all hair types?
Yes, the line is designed for all hair types from level 8 and above, both natural or previously lightened up to a platinum blonde.

How long does the effect last?
The longevity depends on three main points:
1. Porosity and texture of the hair: on natural or healthy hair, the color may fade faster compared to
porous or heavily bleached hair;
2. which ALCHEMIC CREATIVE CONDITIONER chosen: the more intense the color is, the longer it
may last;
3. regularity of application: repeated use can increase color intensity and duration.

Can ALCHEMIC CREATIVE CONDITIONER be used on colored hair?
Yes, if the color is a level 8 or above.

Are the pigments natural?
No, the pigments used in ALCHEMIC CREATIVE CONDITIONERS are synthetic, though the formulas are 98% biodegradable and formulated with 95% of natural origin.

How should the product be used? 
On dry hair, for a more intense color result.
On towel dried hair, for a slightly less intense color result, In both cases, it is important to ensure that there is no styling or finishing residue on the hair that could reduce the color deposit.

How can I know what results to expect? Can I use the color in the jar as reference?
The result depends on the existing color of the hair. The pigments work by depositing the color on the hair so the final result is the combination of the pigments and the hair’s existing level and reflect. To have a clearer idea of the result, the chromatic grid in the technical dossier can be a reference. Additionally, a strand test is always recommended.

Can ALCHEMIC CREATIVE CONDITIONER be used on extensions, wefts or wigs?
Yes, the color works also on extensions, wefts or wigs made from real hair. The suggested processing time is 20 minutes.

What happens if I leave the product on my client’s hair longer?
Nothing bad! The formulas are safe. The intensity of the color result may increase, but it will not darken.

Can I speed up the fading or completely remove the color? 
Color removal is easier after the color intensity has been reduced by the client by going through their
standard washing and using a regular, non pigmented conditioner a few times. If the client wants to speed up the removal, a professional bleaching service will be needed. The hair should be treated with a service called Bleaching Bath (bleach* + water + shampoo at a 1:1:1 ratio, mixed at room temperature) with a visual check. Performing a strand test is always recommended.
