Deb has been an industry Artist for over 34 years and has enjoyed every stage of her journey with passion and a mindset for growth. Deb has experienced many segments of the industry, from a Stylist, to Corporate Regional Manager Salon Owner, Educator and a Salon Suites owner. Her motto is “I help grow people to succeed”. She strongly believes that to grow as an artist, Continued education in all areas, and changing our mindset for growth is crucial to success! Deb has been an educator and Salon owner for over 24 years, an All Nutrient Colorist for over 8 years and has many diverse certifications, including the American institute of Haircolor, Masters of Balayage, Awaken the Hair Artist (Jenerally Speaking Hair) Norvell University, Muse Beauty Pro, Look Good Feel Better, and more. Alyssa has been an industry artist for over 11 years, A Salon owner, as well as Salon Suites manager. Having grown up in the salon industry as a 2nd generation Cosmetologist, it has allowed her to see the industry through many phases and changes, and helps her to bring a fresh and modern perspective with her creative style and skillset. She loves diversity in services in her salon business with a focus on hair and enjoys creative coloring and fashion colors. She has been an All Nutrient colorist for over 8 years, and has assisted with education and classes for several years. Certified with the American Institute of Haircolor, Masters of Balayage, Norvell University, and CND Shellac Certification, Alyssa believes in challenging herself to bring fresh ideas and continues to educate herself in many aspects of the industry.
